I had surgery with Dr. Apler Burak Uslu last week. I found out about him online. From the very beginning, he made me feel safe, something the other doctors couldn't. He is very patient and very friendly. He isn't fixated on money like many other surgeons out there! He is honest and direct and tells me what is and isn't possible. Unlike other doctors who say yes to everything and then the result is different than desired! Dr. Alper Uslu conjured up my dream body in just one operation, everything PERFECT and achieved everything I had wanted to achieve for 8 years, but no surgeon had as much experience, especially when it came to butt augmentation! came to vanity in 2023 for primary procedure, unfortunately I needed to have a revision rhinoplasty to get the desired result, I was very worried from things I’d read or heard about surgeons not offering to do this procedure again or the clinic being responsive to my request , but I was so pleasantly surprised about how this revision was managed , both the doctor and my patient coordinator Irem were really responsive. My concerns about the nose and how it had healed last time were validated and the suggestion for how to fix was exactly what I’d hoped would be offered. from the day I had my video consultation and the revision was agreed Irem stated in touched with me to arrange. She was so kind and always made me feel important even though she must be responsible for so many people. She was also funny which helped put me at ease and trust she would make this happen for me. In the weeks before the procedure I was so scared they would dissapear but every time I reached out with questions big or small they were answered quickly, building up my confidence in this operation. I was more nervous this time as a revision surgery is more complex, but Dr Alper has made a really positive change to my nose and I can already see changes that I like. I felt listened to by him, and accept sometime a primary procedures results may vary from person to person. He also answered my questions on control day and was very gentle with my sore nose !! In the hospital, on the day of the operation things moved so efficiently , which was good because I was very nervous and it was over so quickly. Starting from great customer service finishing on great results and after care my journey with Dr. Alper was on the highest standards. I would highly recommend to anyone. I chose the VIP package as this helped me took of my minds from planning. I had transfer from the airport, the hotel I stayed in was fantastic, breakfast was included too. On the day of the operation I had consultation with the Dr and was able to see 3D after images of what the results could look like. With the suggestion from the Dr I was able to choose the implant size. I had a great aftercare in the hospital where I stayed the night after my operation. Later on I had a check up and was able to see my brand new breasts, even with the swelling I already knew I made a good decision to trust Dr Alper and his clinic. I received all necessary medication with notes how and when to take them, was able to rest for few days before returning home. At this point I am 1month post op and I am even more convinced that I was in great hands and soon I will be able to look the way I always wanted to.

Hi, general consensus is that you should avoid lifting more than 10 kg or 20 Ibs before 1 month after surgery. That is more significant if the implants are placed under muscle. After one month you can lift your son/daughter without worries.
From what I've read I think you're looking for more volume and projection, and a slightly overdone look. Although 300 cc seems like a convenient size for your measures and for a natural result, it might come as a dissappointment since you're looking for a more significant change. It'll most likely give a bra cup of larger C. One might to around 325-350 also depending on the breast base widht you have. Computer simulations might come in handy for communication in such cases. Please inform your surgeon about this doubt you have and show him some pictures of breasts that you want your results to ressemble.
Hi dear Martico, bottoming is the coined term to describe the look where the upper pole of the breast is deflated whereas all the volume is gathered on the lower part. It's mainly due to native breast tissue descent and encountered after breast reductions or lifts mainly. Because the amount of tissue that you have is minimal the risk of bottoming out is almost negligible. I think what you are afraid is the inferior migration of the implant. Main factor for that would be surface of the implant (textured implant tend to migrate less) and insertion plane (submuscular or dual plane insertions are known to be more stable for the implant), lastly reconstruction of the imf at the end of the procedure. Because you have a tight skin envelope the risks are also minimal in your case.
