I am reading that a lot of people say that the shape of their nose changed years after rhinoplasty and I am considering a revision because I wasn't satisfied with what my surgeon did to my nose. If he sewed more cartilage to my nose is it going to stick to the cartilage in my nose and become one piece of cartilage that never moves or is it going to constantly move years after my surgery. I hope this makes sense.

Nasal cartilage is always the primary grafting source when performing a revision rhinoplasty procedure. It's important to know how much cartilage left on the inside of the nose for grafting purposes. If there is a cartilage depleted nose, then consider ear cartilage.
