How can I increase nostril size after alar base reduction? (Photos)

Actually I did my alar base reduction 2 months before totally unhappy with the results. It's look so unnatural. Nasal hole is too much narrowed. So am depressed I want rounder shape nostril is there any ways to enhance nostril size. Because it doesn't matches with my upper lip
