I got sick on top of my recovery and was puking - how would I know if sutures came undone? (Photos)

My PS went on vacation and I have a question! He scared me when he said we don’t wait the “sewchers” or how ever that’s spelt to come undone ! How would I know ? He says a pop noise well would it be loud ? Could I feel it ? Help me

Thanks for your question. I recommend that patients clean their umbilicus, or belly button, using hydrogen peroxide, it works well to loosen dried blood and drainage, which if left in place can contribute to inflammation in that area.
