Is revision possible to fix my lower lateral cartilage and nose tip?

1 year post revision rhino at 3 weeks post surgery had Blunt trauma to nose tip. What do I tell my surgeon is bothering me? Is fixing lower lateral cartilages and nose tip considered an easy fix for third rhinoplasty

The bump certainly doesn't look bad, but massaging at this point will not help. A minor revision could possibly help, but there is no guarantee of that. Sometimes a little bump can be easily filed down. You may want to get some other opinions from rhinoplasty experts if you are not satisfied.
