How long do I have to wait after laser lipo to do round two?

When we're re-doing the SAME area, I prefer to wait 6 months or more.  If the second round is for another area, one has to wait only until recovered from the acute surgery typically 2-3 weeks for young healthy people is adequate in my experience.  Be sure to ask your own surgeon about the nuances.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. It can take 3-6 months for your results after laser liposuction and is recommended to wait at least 3 months. I would wait at least three months. At that point all scar tissue deposition stops. However, if you can wait longer, then the scar tissue will have time to soften, which will make the second procedure easier to perform.
