What surgery would be best for my backfat, smart lipo, liposuction? Around what would be the cost?

Hello and thank you for your question and photos. Smart lipo would work well to contour your upper and lower back. It also provides the extra benefit of skin tightening to help improve contour even further. I routinely perform Smart lipo in my office and it is very well tolerated under local anesthesia. An in-person consultation is necessary to see if Smart lipo would be the best choice for you as well as to discuss costs as cost may vary depending upon how much liposuction is needed. I hope this helps you and best wishes.

great candidate for contouring liposuction of your upper
and lower back.  PAL or vaser would be the best forms of liposuction for you.    Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this
surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Dear Patient:  the best option for you would be Ultrasonic Liposuction to remove all the stubborn fat for your upper back.  In my experience that technique is the best to remove back fat.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for your inquiry. Back fat, especially around the bra line is troublesome. Liposuction with or without the laser is the best modality to remove it. Vaser HD is often helpful when your fat is a bit stubborn. The cost should range depending on the amount of fat removed, time it takes to perform the procedure, laser involved, and anesthesia involvement. It can vary from $5,000.00 to $8,000.00.  Good Luck!

You are best to be seen in person. It looks like you have loose skin. In that case, a direct excision might be best.

You would see some improvement with liposuction but will not get rid of it completely.  A Bra Line Backlift would give complete resolution but there is a significant scar associated with that procedure.  See a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience in this area.
