I'm curious on a second opinion. I feel like my chest cleavage starts out high like they did when I first got them. The bottoms feel limp and the top feels tight. Do you think I need a high profile implant or my implant didn't drop into my pocket??? Thank you so much for your time!!!
Answer: My cleavage starts high like my implants haven't dropped. Overall, it appears you have had a good outcome from the procedure. It is not likely that you would achieve a substantial benefit from additional surgery. One option might be to place smaller implants or implants with a lesser diameter. To properly assess your condition would require an formal examination. You can start by discussing your concerns with your surgeon.

Answer: Are Implants Too High after Augmentation? Dear Akrouse, Impossible to tell from your pictures, since the implants look fine in relation to the lower outlines of the breast and not too high. If the pocket does feel empty to you such that when you pinch the lower breast you feel your fingers meeting and not touching the implant, then perhaps they are higher than they should be, but not possible to tell from the pictures as everything looks normal. The decision to have a high profile is a pre-operative decision based on your preferences for projection, base width for the size desired (higher profile give more volume in a narrower base).

Answer: Implants An examination is needed to see if the implants have completely settled or not. However, you do have fairly large implants for your frame and will have high cleavage because of this. If you want, you could go smaller. Raising the profile will probably not help much.

Answer: BA results Dear akrouse, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
