3mo post op. Left breast in photo has not dropped - sitting high & odd shaped.Surgeon thinks I should only consider a revision if it bothers me (it does). Would you suggest a revision? I did not have noticeable assymytry presurg but he opted for a lager implant in the breast that is high on surg day due to asymmetry being noticeable once they were larger. I've been wearing a bad night for 2+mo. Am I just being picky or is revision needed?

Your limited photos actually show a good result. I would go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns. Scar products can be helpful for your scars.
Your implants might be a little heavy for the tissue that is left. Yes, the lateral pockets can be tightened. More tissue between the breasts can also be excised. You might consider going a little smaller.
Your heavy implants have stretched you tissues which allows them to move more to the sides when you lay down. Some side movement is natural for breasts. However, your pockets can be tightened laterally. I would suggest going down in size to avoid a reoccurrence of the problem.
