Double bubble/ pocket too large? Is there a way to fix this besides revision surgery? (Photo)

Hi, I’m about 2.5 months post op. I started noticing my R breast having an odd lining at the base at 2 weeks. This side also dropped around 10 days post op compare to the other one. When I lay flat, it tends to go more laterally than the L as well. Is there another way to fix this besides revision surgery? If not then how soon can I get it repaired?
