Breast implants fall close to my armpit when laying on my back. How can I fix this?

In your case, I would recommend suturing the lateral/outer portion of the pocket - capsulorrhaphy and opening up the center portion of the pocket-capsulotomy. Your heavy implants have stretched you tissues which allows them to move more to the sides when you lay down. Some side movement is natural for breasts. However, your pockets can be tightened laterally. I would suggest going down in size to avoid a reoccurrence of the problem.

The issues you described entail suturing of the lateral breast pockets. It is more tedious than the initial breast augmentation hence, the greater cost.

Unfortunately it sounds as though you have significant lateral displacement of your implants. This does happen and it not easy to fix in most cases. It can involve closing down the lateral pocket or creating a new pocket all together for examples. I recommend you work with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for more information as a full consultation would be necessary.
