Breast implants fall close to my armpit when laying on my back. How can I fix this?

Yenny0803
I got my implants in 2019. They are size 450CC, silicone, under the muscle. My breasts were okay for a few months however, they began falling into my armpits soon after. They look very awkward when I'm laying on my back. Very large gap in the middle and they go to the sides. I don't like this look at all. What are some ways to fix this? I know I would probably need to get them redone. I already had a consult but the doctor wanted to charge me the same as a regular BA and I got disappointed.
