It is really not a problem injecting through small incisions that are almost invisible when healed. Injecting through the belly button is not practical for breast fat grafting.Liposuction is done through slightly larger incisions but they are also inconspicuous when healed. Recovery is usually relatively quick. I would not transfer fat through an incision in the belly button, but could remove fat from that incision. the incision used to transfer fat into the breasts is tiny and smaller than the one to remove it.
