Hoping to have a fat transfer to my breasts. Is AirSculpt and Laser lipo the same thing?

Fat Transfer... I'm hoping to have one done and have the fat transferred to my breast. I had a consultation with a clinic and I like how you are awake for the procedure, but I'm worried about the method. They use AirSculpt, and claim that it's the best way to get the most living stem cells.  But I've read that laser lipo kills the fat cells, is this the same thing?

Many physicians will do this to save money on anesthesia, but in many cases, you will need to harvest at least 600 cc of pure fat to perform the procedure.  The liposuction of this amount of fat may be 3 liters of lipoaspirate, and most patients cannot tolerate this with just local anesthesia.  Also, the injection of the fat can be painful as well.

Fat grafting to the breasts can be very effective if correctly done.Fat cells are very sensitive and should not be traumatized.Therefore I harvest fat with standard vacuum techniques and inject small volumes at a time Be aware that fat grafting to the breasts usually  takes several sessions

Fat grafting to the breast is a great way to increase your size that looks natural and avoids the possible problems with implants. However the process requires gentle harvesting in order keep the fat cells alive and there is a limit to the volume that can be placed without fat cell loss. The harvesting usually requires multiple donor sites. The entire procedure takes time and is best performed with the person asleep. Naturally “the come on” to attract patients is to claim that you can be awake for the procedure. The truth is that careful fat grafting to the breast is most safely and best done under more controlled circumstances. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS) for a full explanation of the surgery.
