I had finally come to terms with my small chest then lost stress weight and lost a lot of mass now sitting at 32bish. I would want to go back to my normal or a little more of a full 32c but an implant seems extreme for that but I don’t know if I have enough fat for a transfer I only weigh 110 lbs. I’m just tired of being uncomfortable around all my full chested peers
Answer: The Bellesoma No Vertical Scar Lift Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes.Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: 25 y/o who wants kids in future. I would prefer a fat transfer but am concerned I am not a candidate and not sure about implants Recommend that you schedule an in-office consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of breast procedures annually. This is the only way you will be able to obtain an objective opinion regarding the best plan for you to achieve your ultimate goals. In general, 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. About 50% of the fat obtains permanence. The fat must be injected through multiple planes in small amounts to the tissue through one tiny incision under each breast.

Answer: Implants v Fat It sounds like you have very little fat available for transfer which means implants is likely the only way to predictably raise you 1-1.5 cup sizes. Be sure to consult with an experienced, board-certified PS. Good luck, Dr. Greenwald

Answer: Breast Augmentation By your weight you sound very thin. As a general rule, fat transfer does not work in anyone who's BMI is too low. An implant might be a better choice for you. Implants do not have to be large.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear amelia.pond,Fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts. In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implantsYou should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
