At first my plastic surgeon said the swelling would go down. Weeks later he said it was orbicularis muscle. But since ridge disappears when I pull on skin and area is not hard ,Now he is saying it is scar tissue under muscle. Another doctor said it is fluid under skin

Thanks for your question. It not uncommon to see young patients with excessive upper eyelid skin. For most patients, a conservative blepharoplasty can help to correct the problem. In these instances, no fat is removed, just excessive skin. Good Luck!
