Do I need eyelid surgery or Plexr? (Photo)

Plexr is very good for tightening excess eyelid skin to give a visible upper eyelid platform. Generally patients with thin crepey skin get good results with 2-3 treatments. However patients with thick skin require more than 3 treatments. The advantage of Plexr if that it gives very natural results without affecting the blink or leaving a scar, however can be an uncomfortable procedure with a couple of week downtime after each treatment.
A surgical blepharoplasty can better address the "puffy" bit of the eyelid, if indeed you have "too much eyelid fat"
I recommend you seek a consultation to assess and discuss the most suitable option for you.

I look at your photos and wonder if you have upper eyelid retraction.  Plexr is one of these propriety skin shrinking treatments that only treats skin.  There is no long term information about how successful the treatment is.  We only have information about the service from folks who do not perform surgery and information available from the internets is dominated by folks looking to make money off of the service-nothing independent including no consumer feed back.  That means you can consider this treatment experimental.  These types of services do not have the power to address deeper structure issues.  I think at a minimum you need to be assessed for upper eyelid retraction.  If you have, this can stimulate the brow to relax leaving the upper eyelid fold resting on the eyelid platform.  If you do not have upper eyelid retraction, I encourage you to think about structured microblepharoplasty which preserves the natural upper eyelid fold but cleans up the upper eyelid fold while preserve what is wonderful about your youthful fullness.

Thank you for sharing your question. It appears that you require conservative blepharoplasty to treat your problem. You might benefit (temporarily) with Botox injections about the outer brows to elevate them which might pull up on this skin for a few months. Only way to achieve your stated goal is having upper eyelid blepharoplasty.  That is a surgery. You do not need eyebrow surgery. Plexr is ineffective and waste of time and money. 

Hello Libra91,The best choice for treatment really depends on the in person evaluation.  The photo your provided is from above and the side which makes it hard to evaluate the eyelids.  If there is excess skin then a conservative removal of skin can help to better define the upper eyelid crease.  If the problem is because your brow is too low then a brow lift would be of benefit.  I would recommend you consult with a facial plastic surgeon to perform an in person evaluation and determine what is the best treatment for you based on your goals.I hope this helps and good luck.
