What can be done to get rid of the wrinkles on my upper eyelid. Im 24 and not even 70 year olds have these wrinkles.

Excess skin of the upper lids can occur at any age. You might want to consider- even at your age- a small strip of skin removed from the upper lids- if this condition continues to trouble you.

Thanks for your question.  It not uncommon to see young patients with excessive upper eyelid skin. For most patients, a conservative blepharoplasty can help to correct the problem.  In these instances, no fat is removed, just excessive skin. Good Luck!

You have an indistinct crease in the upper eyelid, due mostly to a lack of fat in the upper lid.  You could excise a small piece of the redundant skin and would have only one crease.    

 The limited photographs demonstrate a small amount of excess skin on the upper lids for which a very conservative upper eyelid blepharoplasty procedure can accomplish removal.  A skin only upper blepharoplasty can be performed under local or general anesthesia, depending upon the patient's desires.
