You have an indistinct crease in the upper eyelid, due mostly to a lack of fat in the upper lid. You could excise a small piece of the redundant skin and would have only one crease.
The limited photographs demonstrate a small amount of excess skin on the upper lids for which a very conservative upper eyelid blepharoplasty procedure can accomplish removal.
