Hit in face after revision rhinoplasty 8 months ago - Can 2nd revision improve contour?

8 months post revision rhinoplasty. At 3 weeks I was punched in the face. What can I do to improve the look of my nose? I’ve got a front profile that looks deformed, but I don’t want to further slope my nose with more surgery. Is it possible to maintain what I have now while improving the front profile? Nose looks wide and far from the from and it’s obvious that I’ve had work done. What are my next options? Straightforward answers only no sugarcoating please.

The Silikon injections that were performed really complicates the future surgery. I would highly recommend returning to your original surgeon and discussing all of these issues.

Usually, we recommend to wait 6 months before getting a revision surgery, so it’s totally feasible. Your columella can be fixed without affecting your nose. I’ve personally performed those revision surgeries and patients are really happy with the results.
