Best filler for lip injections?

Lip injections are safe if administered by a board certified doctor. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical and full lip. Fat or implants are an alternative. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

In my hands the best results are obtained with restylane. I also use a cannula in this location. This allows even distribution, safety and precision. The other option for me is fat transfer which does wonders. It is worth researching that a bit.Hope this helps.Best of luck,DrC

Some will be longer lasting and soft , like Juvederm Volbella, while others more volumizing. It depend of your desired look.
