How to add more dimension to my face? (Photos)

Hello, I am interested in doing something non invasive to my face to add a bit dimension to it. I feel like my face is too round... please let me know what you think I should get done! I am 23 years old. Thank you!

Attractive faces come in all shapes and sizes.  There is unfortunately a societal bias to what is "beautiful" based on things like high cheek bones, full lips, and sculpted jawline.  I am not arguing that these features are quite attractive.  However, there are also many other facial features that may not be what you have been lead to believe is the standard for beauty, but in fact, they are quite beautiful.  You have full cheeks, great skin and the sum of all your facial features make you very attractive.  Own it!! Rock it!! Your beauty will endure time and in 10 or 20 years you will still be beautiful without doing anything to your face...except maybe Botox!

Thank you for your question and photos. You have a lovely, youthful face, and I would not recommend any cosmetic procedures at this time. When the time comes to begin procedures, make sure you choose a board-certified dermatologist for your treatment that has extensive training in this procedure to ensure your results are natural and beautiful.

Thank you for your question. You are beautiful and have really nice skin and facial features. Doing less than more would be the best strategy and you should focus on simple procedures like microdermabrasion and maybe preventative botox to continue to maintain your skin health and prevent lines and wrinkles. If you felt like adding some more dimension to your face, a simple way would be to add some filler to your cheeks and chin like juvederm voluma and you should consider doing that only very 2-3 years if needed to just enhance your already beautiful features.

Your face looks full and pretty as a 23 year old should. Please don't fall in the trap of doing procedures that burn a terrible bridge like removing buccal fat pad etc. All you could do may be some fillers on the cheek bones for now to highlight the upper face. Also have a great skin care regimen and a healthy life style to preserve your youthful face longer.

for facial contouring you can use fillers to cheeks, jawline, chin and brows; Facetite would be good to contour your lower face and buccal fat pad reduction to slim the face. There are many options for facial contouring:
1) implants
2) fat or filler injections along the bone

Fillers and Botox are amazing products that can alter shape, provide fullness and give a more youthful appearance. You don’t need any of those things!  Wear your sunscreen and keep your skin healthy.

Yes, I do agree that your face shape relatively round and lack of projection, especially your lower third face zone. I would recommend Botulinum Toxin to reduce the size of chewing muscle hence reduce the width of the lower face together with Ultherapy for skin lifting. 
Next, I would do Chin Filler to bring out its projection and reduce its roundness. 
Lastly, you may consider contouring your cheek and jawline definition to achieve your desired face shape.
