Will eye filler help to fill the gap underneath my eye so it’s level? (Photos)

Fillers like Belotero, Volbella, and Restylane Silk are good for improving under the eyes, but keep in mind that a combination approach will give the most improvement. My patients try to get non-surgical treatments to avoid surgery, so we use fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP and stem cells. shadows and dark circles under the eyes may be caused by indentation in the skin at the transition area between the eyes and cheeks.  Fillers may be placed beneath the skin to make this area smooth, decreasing the shadows.  Results appear immediately and will generally last anywhere from 6 to 24 months, depending on the filler used.

You have mild volume deficit in the periorbital region, which can be easily corrected with hyaluronic acid based fillers, such as Juvederm or Restylane for long-lasting and natural results. Make sure the physician does a lot of similar procedures when you go for a consultation. 

Yes, fillers placed under the eye will help camouflage contour irregularities.  There are various fillers that can be used.  I have had nice results with Restylane in this area.  See an experienced injector near you to learn more.

Hello and thank you for your question and photos.   Looking at your photos, it appears you would be a good candidate for under eye filler.  Juvederm volbella is the filler we use for under eyes.  It is a very soft, thin filler that last 9 months, for some, longer. Volbella would be placed where a tear would fall as well as the lateral portion of the under eye, which is what is visible in your photos.  You may need up to 2 syringes per eye.  Not done all at once, but over a few visits.  Be sure to go to an experienced, expert, board certified provider to discuss your goals.  Ask to see before and after picture of providers work.  Hope this helps, good luck to you!!

The best approach to correct your problem of the hollow eyelids and cheek area is with fat grafting. The condition you have is usually acquired from the father's side of the family.
