There is a good amount of swelling after lip fillers and this can cause the lips to feel hard and stiff. Your lips have went through trauma, even though it may not feel like it. You can use cold compresses to help reduce the swelling. Please remember that swelling will be worst the first 2-3 days and can take additional 10 days to resolve.
