I have had restylane lip fillers today for the first time. After about an hour my lips have Become very painful and felt hard and difficult to move right after the injections. Is this normal? I keep getting sharp pains when doing certain movements with my lips!

Filler treatments are a relationship of trust between patient and doctor. Please either visit the doctor that injected the filler or see another doctor who uses hyalase. It is very unlikely that you have any permanent damage. Hot compresses or massage is not needed. An x-ray is not required.
