Uneven big lip after fillers, is this swelling or a trout pout? (photos)

Thanks for your question. I believe this is swelling and it will get better. The amount placed is not a large volume and I think your swelling will resolve soon. I am wondering is you actually had Restylane Silk which is know for leading to a bit more swelling.If you develop pain or it gets worse be sure to contact your injector. This is most likely swelling which can last 1-2 weeks after your injection. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. Best, Dr. Emer

swelling after lip injections. It can take up 2 weeks for all swelling to
resolve and to see your final result. If after this time you are unhappy with
your results you can have the filler dissolved with an enzyme known as
hyaluronidase. I recommend following up with your injector in 2 weeks. Best of
