I'd like to have my chin implant removed bc I don't think it looks natural or proportional to my face. Is it possible and safe to have the implant removed with an incision within the mouth? My previous incision was under the chin and took a very long time for the scar to heal and I don't want to do that again if I can avoid it. What are the risks? Thanks!
