Can I request to get a chin implant place inferiorly?

A chin implant can be placed through an inferior incision, if that is what you are desiring. The typical procedure uses an intra-oral incision which is hidden and the implant can be placed low on the chin, if desired.

Hello, hope you are well. Your question is hard to understand, but perhaps you want to lengthen the vertical dimension of the chin? If that's the case, you can do this with a properly selected shape or custom-fabricated chin implant.

I’m not sure if you’re referring to the surgical approach or the positioning of the implant.
You can always ask.
I suggest having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community to get a quality assessment and better understanding of treatment options.
During consultations you can also ask surgeons what their approach is and where they would place the implant.
