I do Brazilian Jiujitsu which is a grappling sport similar to wrestling. There is a lot of holding of necks and headlock type positions which I’m worried may cause a chin implant to become displaced. Is this a legitimate concern? Is it necessary for the jaw to get broken for the implant to become displaced? Or can it become displaced through getting pushed or squeezed out of place?

The labiomental fold is a direct reflection of the projection of the chin. The problem is not lacking tissue in the fold it is typically excessive projection of the mandible.
