Bulbous and round chin: how can I reduce the size? (photos)

My chin is very bulbous and round, it’s especially noticeable from the side and i’m very self conscious of it. How can i reduce the size (or even just the roundness) of my chin?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin liposuction.
