Hello, As of a year ago, I received submental liposuction to reduce poor side profile. However, the back of my jawline still blends into my neck when I do not have any facial hair. What is the easiest route to fix this? Lipo focused on the jawline instead of neck? A chin implant (chin seems weaker)? Something else? Thank you!
