Hello, I’m wondering if an upper blepharoplasty will help improve the appearance of deep set eyes. I feel like my eyes just kind of get lost in my face, and I’m not sure if there is anything that can be done about this.

Answer: Your issue is upper eyelid ptosis with compensatory brow elevation.
Neurotoxin is the best place to start for wrinkle reduction in younger people. This has to be done in a thoughtful manner to avoid changing the shape and function of the lids and cheek. Upper and lower lid surgery do not change dynamic wrinkles. Best to see an eyelid expert.
