I had my breast done may 2020 my surgeon selected high profile due to my narrow chest measurements. I was a 32A, could have been an AA to be honest, but now measure a 30 D. I really like the outcome and the surgeon was amazing. I just feel like they have to much of an upper pull especially when looking from the side and I want something more natural looking. He said moderate profile may go into my armpit because the diameter. Am I not a good candidate for moderate at all?
