How can I slim down my jawline? Is a mini neck lift an option for me? (Photo)

I’m 28 so I’m on the younger side however I’ve always had a skin laxity in this area. I also recently used a lot of hyalaronidaise to dissolve filler in my lower face which left me with saggier skin, due to the damage. Can I be a candidate for a mini neck lift to slim down the area?
