I had a primary rhinoplasty 2 years ago to remove bump, correct boubous tip, and lengthen it so it was less upturned. I got a good result from profile view. I have a little bump still but better than before. It’s my frontal view that makes me question a revision.. My post-op nose is wide. My old nose appeared more narrow (maybe because of bump). Post-op nose is still boubous. I have a swollen nose everyday for 2 years. It’s not as down turned as I like.
