Hi, My surgeon reduced or excised my sill asymmetrically and I don’t want any more excision. What can I do? Please help.

Hello and thank you for your question. It would be helpful to have more photographs from additional views. You may benefit from a revision to improve nostril symmetry by using extended alar contour grafts. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Based on your singular photo, your alarplasty appears to be symmetrical. Your left nostril margin is a drop higher than your right. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for lowering your left nostril margin to the same height as your right one. I hope this helps!
