Can V-Y advancement flap help with alar base expansion? (Photos)

Hi, I had my septo-rhinoplasty done 8 months back. I am unhappy with the alar base width reduction. Should I get V-Y advancement flap done to expand my nostrils or should I go for adding cartilage grafts to my ala? Alar base width reduction is excessive to me.
