Uneven eyes after tear through surgery and blepharoplasty. What are my options? (photos)

I had real deep dark circles. I had the tear through implants. Blepharoplasty. One eye looks like it did not work. What can I do?

Although it would be very uncommon, the canalicular system can be damaged from lower lid surgery. It would be easy to check if there is any scarring with irrigation of the canalicular system.
