Will lipo 360 leave loose skin on my back? (photos)

Trustworthy648756
I have an upcoming BBL with lipo 360 in a couple of months. My BMI is a 28 and I’m healthily losing weight leading up to the surgery for maximum results. I’m worried about my back fat and that I won’t get great results. I hear the back is the hardest area to target with lipo. I’ve just always had these pronounced rolls, even at a 23 BMI. Do you think it’ll just look like a bunch of loose skin after the surgery, or can I expect a moderate level of improvement? I don’t want a back lift.
