I’m about 6 months out of getting 210 cc implants. I’m 46, 5’0 and 107lbs. I work out 5x week and do weights but have stayed away from chest workouts. I feel like the implants move around in the pockets. It seems like they move when I bend over and roll on my side in bed. I wear supportive sports bras and underwire bras which is what my dr said to do. When will they feel like a part of my body? I feel them when I move and I’m tired of feeling that. Will this get better with time?

I would recommend calling your surgeons office and asking him/her directly or a member of staff that can assist you.
In my practice, I encourage patients to use a mild, gentle soap.
Hope this helps!

If you are not having ALCL symptoms or issues with your implants there is no current recommendation to have them removed. As always, you can elect to have your implants removed or exchanged at any time if you wish.
