I’m a woman of color, I am wondering when doing a tummy tuck, does pulling the pubic area up cause in grown hairs to grow underneath the incision scar—therefore causing a keloid scar or complications.

Hi there, your concerns are very common after pregnancy. A tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, addresses this well, it's the BEST operation we have for excess skin of the tummy, which you have from pregnancy. It includes removal of the panniculus. A panniculectomy on its own is not recommended for you.
