Hello, I just turned 50, and suddenly my face is breaking out and my pores are huge. (due to hormones changing I assume) I want to take Accutane which worked wonders in my 20's but I'm also wanting to get a facelift and platysmaplasty in 9-12 months. I've read that Accutane can affect how well I heal. How long should I wait in between completing Accutane prescription and having surgery?
