You are an excellent candidate for a facelift. I know some surgeons will try to talk you into fat transfer. Don’t do it. It has never been shown to do anything and it’s just a money maker but so many plastic surgeons have bought into it. Forget other fillers as well

You are a more appropriate candidate for a lower facelift, and neck lift to best address your lower face, jawline and neck. There are no fillers that will improve these areas in a significant way. A lower blepharoplasty would be the best option to refresh your lower eyelids and smooth the transition from your lower eyelid down into your cheek. Simply adding volume to your with fillers or fat grafting without lifting the tissue that has begun to descend with gravity over time will end up looking unnatural and not refreshed.

In my recommendation a full-face lift seems to be the solution, this way it will target the loose skin in the neck, jaw area, midface and and temporal area. Furthermore i would also suggest a lip-lift to reduce distance between the nose and lips. As a result the excess fat in the neck can be eliminated which will give a tightened and natural look. I also do recommend fat grafts in the midface areas to eliminate the lack of volume giving permanent results unlike fillers and botox.

The problem is not a lack of volume, in your case flaccidity, excess skin and fat already manifest. By applying fillers with either hyaluronic acid or fat, you will only gain volume and your face will look rounder. My suggestion is to opt for a procedure that returns the support to your face. The best in facial rejuvenation surgery techniques is the deep plane, which does not help to improve the support of your face from the muscle layer, obtaining natural and lasting results. Thank you for your question. Judging from the photographs you shared, you would benefit the most from an endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, face and neck lifts. We would probably use a a combination of excised SMAS tissue and fat to further soften your nasolabial folds, tear trough and temporal regions at the end of the procedure.

Excess fat in the neck and jowls can be removed along with excess skin to create a smooth appearance and angulate the neckline.

This includes the first third of the neck. This would be part of your surgical plan for you to obtain beresults. Duringuring this type of procedure, it is important to develop a surgical plan that considers the relationship between the areas to be treated and the other areas of the face to achieve a balanced, harmonious and long-lasting result. In person exam is essential. Based on limited photos - it appears that you would benefit from facelift/ neck lift with muscle tightening to achieve the best result. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS to review all details and additional options.

Your seem to be a very good candidate for facial rejuvenation. This should include lower and upper blepharoplasty, face/neck lift and skin treatment by means of laser or chemical peel. Good Afternoon! Thanks for your questions and photos. You would be a good candidate for a face and neck lift procedure. The deep plane technique is especially effective and provides the longest lasting results. This involves not only skin removal, but repositioning of the deeper tissues which have fallen over time. The recovery is a bit more, but overall, there's no comparison. For volume, it really depends. Fat transfer is ideal for larger volumes because the longevity is so good. This fat can be harvested from around the belly button and really can look quite nice. Fillers work as well though you may need larger amounts and upkeep. I would seek consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to see what may be your best option. Hope this helps!
