In my experience, the OOS lip lift (a better version of the traditional lip lift I invented, including minimal scar) would help you with your issue.

The OOS technique not only reduces the distance between the nose and lip, but also results in the upper teeth being more visible. Additionally, it subtly enhances the pink vermilion of the upper lip, narrows the mouth aperture, which tends to widen with age, and reduces the appearance of nasolabial folds.

Despite common misconceptions, the technique does not involve the removal of any muscles and has never led to permanent numbness or paralysis.

A lip lift is likely going to be the best way to do this. We do many lip lifts on men and it is a different procedure than on women. I personally wouldn't recommend botulinum for this.
