Am I a good candidate for a lip lift and can this be combined with a rhinoplasty? (photos)

My upper lip has always been very thin and it has bothered me a lot. I decided to get lip fillers, and now I'm done with 4 sessions (1 ml was injected each time) and I still don't see much difference. I think my body dissolves it very quickly. Half of my upper teeth is not visible when I smile. I measured my philtrum and it's 1,5 cm. Would I be a good candidate for a lip lift? I also want to have a rhinoplasty as I have a hanging columella. Can they be combined?
