It looks like my malar fat pad has descended and I am beginning to form jowls which you can see as a bulge near the jawline. My right brow hasn't descended that much but my left brow (not pictured) has descended significantly and there is a lot of laxity in my eyelid skin. Not pictured is the convexity that developed in the submental area. All in all, my face has become very bottom-heavy taking on a thick trapezoidal shape. What type of lift (or lifts) do you recommend?
