We offer financing through third party financial companies in our office. Some companies have offers where you can finance the amount for 6 or 12 month interest free.
Different clinics have different ways of charging from the patient. Some physicians charge upfront while some after the surgery is done depending upon the number of grafts extracted. However, some clinics offer a facility to the patient where where the bank or any other financial institutions pays on behalf of the patient and then the patient can pay back to that institution in the form of monthly instalments. It is quite prevalent in the US but not that much in India although we give our patients option of EMI on credit card for easy payment and finance through a financial institution.
Yes, it is available in our office through care credit which offers 6 months interest free financing. Not bad if you can pay it off in 6 months and some people then use their credit card to pay off the initial debt.

I think you just need to wait longer, and the skin should return to its normal state. It almost definitely will not impact your final results. You are still fairly early in the whole process, there's a lot of time for everything to continue on as normal. Despite this 'bump' in the road.
We give out hats to our patients for their elective use of them. They are not fancy, just trucker hats but they are clean and new. You can wear a hat anytime, just don't let if rub on the frontal hairline when you wear it.
