Hello doctor,my name is gagan,my hair are very fine and thin,i can see the scalp through them when i have a short haircut ,i dont think i have lost any hair ,to me they look like this all the times from day 1,but i am not happy with the appearence of my hair,i want thick hair that i cant see my scalp through and that i can make some hair styles,please have a look at the photos and give me some advice .thanks

Hair transplant surgery (FUT or FUE or ARTAS or Neograft)  will not give you the look of fullness with your hair cut short.You need a diagnosis before considering a treatment plan.

Your appears fine and that is naturally a see-through look.Hair transplants don't work for this but scalp micropigmentation will work for it.  See web-reference below

Your hair is naturally thin. If you have a hair transplant surgery, transferring grafts from one part of your head to another will just make some areas thinner and others thicker; creating an imbalanced density on your scalp. I advise that you keep your hair longer instead. To give a thicker impression, you can use toppik hair fibers. Hair transplant will not be of any help in your case.

Your hair should look thicker when it is longer. I do not think any hair transplant procedure would be of any benefit to you. Styling aids such as Toppik can make your hair look thicker at almost any length.
