I really don't think this will present a problem but you certainly should report this to your surgeon. He may have a different opinion about whether or not you should stop the drug before liposuction.

Like many plastic surgeons I encourage my patients to wear compressive garments. Most find them comfortable. However there is no evidence to suggest that not wearing a garment affects the long-term outcome.
