There's been definite trauma to the skin. There might even be a minor skin infection. This should be treated with proper wound care until it's close. A scar revision in the future might be necessary.
The wound does appear to be infected superficially. Treatment would be debridement, topical antibiotic and dressings. The scar will improve over time. It may not require a revision. Revision can be assessed in about 6 months
It appears to be superficial infection. There is a saying in surgery, " The solution to pollution is dilution".
