Hello and thank you for your question. Injections in the nose can cause long-term redness and broken capillaries due to the inflammation and bruising that can occur. This phenomenon is your body's way of healing itself and is very normal. There are many lasers that can help reduce these new mico vessels that are formed. Lasers such as Yag, IPL, Excel V and V-beam are all great treatments for redness, flushing, broken capillaries and more. Be sure to seek an experienced practitioner who specializes in facial aesthetics for best results and guidance. Good luck!
Yes it is possible to get broken capillaries around any area of injection. This depends on injection technique and vascularization of the injected materialI manage this with lasers. Hope this helps.
Thank you for sharing you question. Trauma to the skin can cause an inflammatory response to the surrounding area causing fine blood vessels to appear. The are various treatments that might treat your problem. See an experienced oculofacial surgeon for treatment options. Good luck!
The trauma caused by the needle of the injection can cause a healing response in the skin. The response can manifest itself with the appearance of increased blood flow resulting in redness and new blood vessels. Sometimes these blood vessels become permanent but they can be treated with a variety of modalities.
When dermal fillers are administered appropriately, you should not experience side effects like the formation of visible veins. However, if you notice them now, there are treatment options available to reduce their appearance. In my practice, we often use the Vbeam laser for this purpose. However, there are other choices based on your skin tone and the results you hope to achieve. I recommend working with a board-certified dermatologist with ample experience in treating visible facial veins. Schedule an in-person assessment to create the customized treatment plan that will meet your need best.
When fillers are correctly administered, they should not lead to broken capillaries. This side effect could be due to superficial injections made too close to the skin’s surface. The visible vessels can be addressed through a variety of treatment options. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine which procedure might offer you the best results.
When fillers are administered correctly, they should not cause this side effect. However, it can happen. I recommend scheduling an in-person assessment with a board-certified dermatologist who can advise you on the right treatment plan based on your specific needs and desired results. In my office, we offer laser options like Vbeam to eliminate visible vessels on the face. The ability to tailor treatments is a critical element for a successful procedure and optimal results.
Thank you for the question. Sometimes a physical treatment can stir up the telangiectasia and broken blood vessels of rosacea. In this case, a pulsed dye laser or a Yag laser can help to eliminate the blood vessels. Please see an expert in rosacea and lasers.
Hello and thank you for your question. As long as your fillers were administered by an experienced injector, they should not cause these broken capillaries. I encourage you to schedule an in-person assessment with a board-certified dermatologist who has extensive experience in treating facial veins. Through a consultation and discussion of your concerns and goals, you should come up with a treatment plan that will offer positive results. In my office, we offer a variety of laser devices for this purpose, including the Vbeam laser, which significantly reduces the appearance of visible veins with no discomfort or downtime.
This is a great question. It is not common for any injectable filler to cause broken capillaries but can happen. Bruising is more normal. You can however treat redness and broken capillaries with an IPL or Yag. This treatment is very successful in repairing the capillaries.
Hello and thank you for your question and photo's. It looks like a small broken capillary from your photo's which can happen from a needle . It may or may not fade, only time will tell.

Hi @dorchester123. The filler most likely was not placed in the proper tissue plane. Most facial filler products that are injected into this area should ideally be placed in the tissue plane directly on top of the bone, or at least underneath the eyelid muscle layer. If a facial filler product...
