I received an open upper blepharoplasty, a suture upper blepharoplasty and ptosis repair 3 months ago. After the swelling went down, I noticed that my eyelids are still drooping and my eyes look smaller because the drooping eyelids are now covering my lashes. Should I be concerned? I am 55 years old.

Festoons and malar bags are usually genetic and will not smooth out on their own without surgery. It is best to have in-office examination to determine what you actually have and the best treatment plan possible. Hope this helps!
