Eyelids still drooping 3 months post ptosis surgery and upper eyelid Asian blepharoplasty. Should I be concerned? (Photo)

I received an open upper blepharoplasty, a suture upper blepharoplasty and ptosis repair 3 months ago. After the swelling went down, I noticed that my eyelids are still drooping and my eyes look smaller because the drooping eyelids are now covering my lashes. Should I be concerned? I am 55 years old.
