Rhinoplasty droopy alar? (Photo)

Question

Hi I had asian rhinoplasty done before. The first photo which I attached is my nose, and the second one is the photo of the patient's photo I found on internet which was the result of the procedure what I'm looking for. My columella is hidden by alar. What kind of procedure do I need? I am looking for rhinoplasty expert surgeon who can help me?

A procedure to give your nose more tip projection and to elevate your ala to expose your columella would be indicated.  This can be done with cartilage grafting obtained from your septum.

Hello. What you need is a an inflation lobular graft which is cartilage that adds volume to your columella. This maneuver should compensate for your mildly hanging columella.  Good luck.

Based on these pictures it appears that you have columellar retraction and decreased tip projection. If this is correct these problems can be treated with small cartilage grafts.
