A procedure to give your nose more tip projection and to elevate your ala to expose your columella would be indicated.  This can be done with cartilage grafting obtained from your septum.  

Hello. What you need is a an inflation lobular graft which is cartilage that adds volume to your columella. This maneuver should compensate for your mildly hanging columella.  Good luck.

Based on these pictures it appears that you have columellar retraction and decreased tip projection. If this is correct these problems can be treated with small cartilage grafts.
